Ben drove us out to the start on Saturday and is bringing us back again today and has been an amazing driver. Super friendly and helpful with a great sense of humour and excellent clear communication throughout the journey. He’s also been really thoughtful in relation to the comfort of all passengers and is without a doubt one of the best drivers we’ve ever encountered for trips like this.

From the great and friendly customer support answering questions quickly, from the professional and amazing service from your skippers, our experience has been so smooth and enjoyable…also our bus driver from Milford to Te Anau Downs was an absolute legend. So funny, the whole bus was laughing the whole drive. He was also very cautious on the road and made sure everyone felt comfortable in the shuttle. Very good and careful driver. He went above and beyond, and even stopped for some photo ops. I think he deserves a special mention!”
